Welcome to Area 51 Southampton's "Best" Weight Lifters Gym

The gym is located in Shirley, Southampton and is run and owned by Wayne Niemiec.

Wayne is a bodybuilder and has won a load of competitions. The most recent include 5th at the UKBFF British Heavy Weights 2010, 1st place at the Stars of Tomorrow 2010 Super Heavy Weight, Leamington Spa 2009 - Super Heavy Weight champion, 10th at the UKBFF British Heavy Weights 2009, and Stars of Tomorrow 2009 Super Heavy Weight champion.
